Skillet Chicken and Rice 2 lbs chicken(prefer boneless/skinless breasts) 1 can Campbells Condensed Chicken Broth 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 2/3 cup uncooked rice 1. Spray skillet with cooking spray, sprinkle chicken with pepper and begin to brown chicken. Will take approx 10 minutes. 2. Remove chicken from skillet. Put rice, broth, and garlic powder in skillet. Heat to a boil. 3. Cut heat down to low. Add chicken back and cover the skillet. Let cook on low for approx. 30 min. so chicken will cook through.
