Potato Wedges 4 medium russet potatoes, cut in large wedges cooking spray (ex. Pam) black pepper salt garlic (optional) minced or garlic powder 1. Cut potatoes into a bowl and rinse with cold water 2. Take potatoes out of bowl and let dry for a few minutes 3. Heat oven to 425 degrees 4. Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking spray 5. Also lightly spray potatoes with cooking spray 6. Arrange potatoes on the baking sheet and sprinkle them with the pepper, salt, and garlic(optional) Cook for 20 minutes and then flip potatoes and cook for 20 more minutes
