Spanish Meatballs Sauce 1 tablespoon minced onion 1 teaspoon oil 2 cups ketchup 1 tablespoon mustard 2 tablespoon brown sugar Meatballs 2 pounds hamburger 2 tablespoon minced onion 1 1/4 cup cracker crumbs (about 30 crackers) 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons of sauce from above 1. To make the sauce a. mix all ingredients in the sauce portion from above very thoroughly in a pot. Heat sauce on stove on medium heat for 10 minutes. 2. To make meatballs a. mix all ingredients with the hamburger. Be sure to crush crackers very good. b. Roll hamburger into walnut sized balls c. Place balls in a pan or casserole dish d. Pour sauce from pot over the balls, place enough sauce to your liking . e. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes
