Salmon with Lemon Sauce 1/2 cup dry white wine 1/2 cup water 1/4 teaspoon dill weed 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeed 1 thinly sliced lemon 1 tablespoon butter 4 salmon steaks (about 1 pound) 2 teaspoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon water 1. In a large skillet, combine the wine, 1/2 cup water, dill, mustard, lemon, and butter. Heat until boiling. 2. Add salmon, reduce heat to a simmer, then cover skillet, until fish is done(usually 15 minutes) 3. Remove the fish from skillet. Stir cornstarch into tablespoon of water, then add that to the juices in skillet to make a sauce. Heat on low heat until sauce thickens. 4. Pour sauce in skillet back over the fish.
